A native of Henderson, Nevada, Allie MacAdams, PAC, IBCLC, takes great pride in serving her community as a pediatric provider at Inspirada Pediatrics. With nearly six years of experience in pediatrics and being a mother of five, Allie is deeply passionate about assisting families in gaining knowledge of health and preventive care while practicing the most up-to-date, evidence-based medicine for children.
Allie graduated as a Pi Alpha Honorary from Touro University Nevada, earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. After graduating, she completed an Emergency Medicine Fellowship at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, undergoing intensive training in the only level 1 trauma center in Southern Nevada. Allie honed her emergency medicine skills as a physician assistant, handling various procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage, burn care, and care of fractures and dislocations, among other responsibilities.
Allie obtained her CLC certification in November 2020, and as of June 2024 is certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), allowing her to support lactating parents in achieving their breastfeeding goals.
At Inspirada Pediatrics, Allie's expertise lies in providing well-child examinations from birth to 21 years, keeping them up-to-date on vaccines, milestones, and prescription management. She also specializes in lactation assistance for both babies and mothers and routinely conducts acute sick visits. She is skilled in managing conditions like asthma, ADHD, and conducting sports physicals.
Allie finds joy in long-distance running, having recently completed her 7th Ragnar Relay. In her free time, she supports her three eldest children as they actively participate in soccer and tee-ball.
With a strong educational background and a wealth of experience, Allie is committed to delivering exceptional pediatric care and fostering healthy and happy childhoods for the families she serves in the Henderson community.
